Project Overview & Work Performed
UCC provided complete corrosion control to all surfaces at this FGD Water Treatment Facility. All structures supporting: mixing, solids recirculation, sludge thickening and clarification received the most advanced corrosion protection. UCC provided single-source, cost effective installation of: coatings, linings, painting, architectural finishes to newly constructed Flue Gas Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment.

10. Secondary Containment
UCC has the capacity to install sectional pre fabricated containment floor and walls to fit in restricted places. Meets all secondary containment regulations.
Including installation of FRP platform, the retaining wall and the placing of the secondary containment tank. |

11. FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics)
Ultimate Corrosion Control are experts in Fiberglass tank inspection, repair and field erection of tank sections. The challenging reality of working with Fiberglass repair, fitting
installation and field erection in the field are many including:
- Environmental containment of grinding dust, styrene vapors and confined space entry
- Trained crews that master hand layup techniques
- Special rigging situations of tank parts.
- Specialized equipment and expertise in inspecting FRP vessels
- Post cure of tank to enhance the chemical resistance properties of the resin. This is especially important with storing sodium hypochlorite
- Secondary containment requirements for FRP tanks including sectional FRP panels with flexible membranes.
